3-Ingredient Puff Pastry Sausage Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 12-14 oz smoked sausage (2 links or one curved link cut in half)
  • 2 puffy pastry sheets thawed
  • 2-3 Tablespoons pepper jelly warmed

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°.
  2. Roll out two sheets of thawed puff pastry dough so they sit flat.
  3. Line up a sausage link at one end of each of the puff pastry sheets, trimming the ends if needed.
  4. Roll each sausage link into a log, then cut each log into one inch pieces. Secure each roll with a toothpick.
  5. Add the rolls to a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. When the rolls are golden brown and crispy, remove them from the oven and glaze with 2-3 Tablespoons of warmed sweet pepper jelly!
  7. Serve, and enjoy!
