Creamy Knorr Spinach Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach well-drained and squeezed dry
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 cup avocado mayo
  • 1 packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 8 oz can water chestnuts drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions finely sliced

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together 8 oz sour cream, 1 cup avocado mayonnaise, and 1 packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in 10 oz thawed, well-drained, and squeezed frozen spinach, 8 oz chopped water chestnuts (one can), and 3 finely sliced green onions.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Stir before serving.
