Method
- In a medium bowl, stir together 8 oz sour cream, 1 cup avocado mayonnaise, and 1 packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix until smooth.
- Fold in 10 oz thawed, well-drained, and squeezed frozen spinach, 8 oz chopped water chestnuts (one can), and 3 finely sliced green onions.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Stir before serving.
