The Fluid Dressing Base

  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 2 Tablespoons distilled white vinegar

The Seasonings

  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼-½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard powder

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh chives finely minced
  • ½ teaspoon granulated white sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon MSG

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, measure and combine ¾ cup Mayonnaise, ½ cup Buttermilk, and 2 Tablespoon Distilled white vinegar using a wire whisk until the liquid dressing base is completely smooth and uniform.
  • Carefully measure and add your dry seasoning blend directly into the bowl, including 2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, ¼-½ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ½ teaspoon black pepper, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and ¼ teaspoon mustard powder.
  • Whisk the entire mixture vigorously for about 1 minute until all of the dry spices are fully incorporated into the creamy base and no stubborn pockets of dry seasoning remain.
  • Gently fold in the secret flavor boosters consisting of 1 Tablespoon Fresh chives (finely minced), ½ teaspoon Granulated white sugar, and ¼ teaspoon MSG using a silicone spatula until they are evenly distributed.
  • Cover the bowl tightly with a piece of plastic wrap, or transfer the mixture into an airtight mason jar, and place it inside the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
