St Patrick's Day Reuben Dip for a Crowd
This meaty, tangy, and cheesy St Patrick’s Day Reuben dip is easy to make and perfect for a St Patrick’s Day party appetizer or a starter for St Patrick’s Day dinner!

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 oz corned beef chopped
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut well drained
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- rye bread, pretzels, crackers, or veggies for dipping.
Preheat your oven to 400°
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish or pie pan and bake for about 15 minutes on the top rack.
Turn the oven to broil, and broil on high for a couple of minutes until bubbly and golden brown (being careful not to burn).
Serve hot or warm with rye bread, pretzels, crackers, or veggies.
