St Patrick's Day Reuben Dip for a Crowd

This meaty, tangy, and cheesy St Patrick’s Day Reuben dip is easy to make and perfect for a St Patrick’s Day party appetizer or a starter for St Patrick’s Day dinner!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz corned beef chopped
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup sauerkraut well drained
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • rye bread, pretzels, crackers, or veggies for dipping.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°
  • Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish or pie pan and bake for about 15 minutes on the top rack.
  • Turn the oven to broil, and broil on high for a couple of minutes until bubbly and golden brown (being careful not to burn).
  • Serve hot or warm with rye bread, pretzels, crackers, or veggies.
